Lead product growth and localization for Canva’s UK users. Identify funnel and localization opportunities, improve user workflows, adapt global campaigns and product experiences, and provide cultural guidance to global teams. The role owns product strategy, collaborates cross-functionally, develops language and tone standards, evaluates campaign effectiveness, and recommends data-driven improvements. It also partners with local stakeholders and supports SEO, conversion optimization, content, and user acquisition initiatives.

Leads Canva Print’s EMEA regional growth and performance, owning revenue outcomes, product and market launches, partner management, fulfillment quality, customer experience, and operational improvement. Uses data and commercial judgment to identify opportunities, improve partner performance, build scalable processes, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Happiness teams. Requires strong cross-functional influence, hands-on execution, and experience in complex multi-partner environments.
