Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job ads can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you.

Where and How You Can Work
Our London office is a hub for collaboration and energy. But we also believe in working where you do your best thinking. This role is based in London, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

What You'd Be Doing in This Role
You'll join our Enterprise Account Executive team within Canva Enterprise, working with named accounts across the UK to help organisations consolidate design, content production and collaboration under one secure, centralised account.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning account planning — using a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers likely to benefit from Canva's products, analysing market landscapes, trends and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activity
  • Managing pipeline and driving revenue growth — keeping pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity current in Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Leading with a customer-centric mindset — using compelling storytelling and vision transfer, presented through a creative lens, to guide customers on a journey that feels personalised and right for them
  • Being a genuine product expert — exhibiting a deep love for Canva's product and an ability to sell creative solutions that address customers' unique problems, while gathering customer feedback and market insight to help shape the Product roadmap
  • Fostering long-term relationships — building lasting partnerships both with customers and with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success)
  • Bringing chaos to clarity — simplifying complex situations into digestible, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's own worksuite (presentations, docs and more)

You're Probably a Match If:

  • You have 6+ years of full-cycle selling experience across a range of customers, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations. For this Enterprise role, we're looking for experience with large named accounts in the UK, ideally on a global scale within a technology company, with a demonstrated history of top performance
  • You have proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment
  • You're a pro at navigating complexity — understanding and addressing complex business challenges and crafting solutions to match
  • You've got a talent for creating detailed plans that cover all the bases within intricate organisations
  • You've got the skills to captivate an audience, especially in face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders
  • You've got a track record of leading successful, complex negotiations
  • You're comfortable navigating uncertainty and can keep up in a fast-paced environment

About the Team
You'll be joining Sales & Success, the team behind Canva's go-to-market engine, supporting Canva Enterprise with the mission to empower every organisation to design. Canva Enterprise lets organisations consolidate design, content production and collaboration tools under one secure and centralised account — from whiteboards to docs, to presentations and our AI platform Magic Studio. We work with colleagues across the board, from Product to Marketing, all in support of our sales team. As we branch out into new markets and develop fresh Enterprise solutions, we're crafting something truly unique. Together, we're redesigning work.

What's in It for You?
Canva has grown hugely over the last few years, but we're only just getting started. Here's a taste of what's on offer:

  • Equity packages — so you share in Canva's success
  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers
  • An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more
  • Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and support you personally

Other stuff to know
We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance Canva and our culture. When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
We celebrate all types of skills and backgrounds at Canva, so even if you don't feel like your skills quite match what's listed above — we still want to hear from you!
Please note that interviews are conducted virtually.
