Develop insight-led marketing strategies and manage end-to-end plans for assigned customer segments and product portfolios across Europe. Field-based Account Manager responsible for developing strategic relationships across Corporate, Government and Graphic Arts print sectors. Drive new business and grow existing accounts through high sales activity, account planning, technical solution selling (production print, finishing, workflow automation), financial ROI cases, accurate forecasting, Salesforce record-keeping, and coordinating virtual teams to deliver complex production print solutions.

Lead the EMEA CRO programme across Canon ITCG digital channels, driving A/B and MVT testing, managing agency and vendor relationships, implementing personalisation and experimentation frameworks, and scaling optimisation to increase conversions and revenue across web, apps, email, Amazon and paid media.

As a Business App Consultant, you'll design eCommerce solutions using Salesforce or Oracle Commerce Cloud, manage change processes, provide production support, ensure compliance, and mentor team members while partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.
