Collaborate with Social, Brand, Communications, Marketing, Legal, Digital, Analytics, and local market teams to deliver compliant creator activity that grows engagement, brand preference, sales, and ROI.

Supports regional B2B sales teams with Salesforce troubleshooting, user training, onboarding, data governance, reporting, dashboard maintenance, minor configuration, UAT testing, system updates, and IT ticket coordination. The role maintains accurate sales data, price books, product records, and operational workflows while helping nontechnical users adopt Salesforce effectively.

Develops and delivers internal and external corporate communications across EMEA, supporting business priorities, employee engagement, reputation, thought leadership, and organisational change. Provides communications counsel to senior stakeholders, creates executive and media content, manages internal channels and editorial planning, supports engagement events, and evaluates channel performance. The role also partners with agencies and business teams to ensure consistent, accurate, audience-focused messaging aligned with Canon’s corporate narrative and brand governance.

Own and lead Demantra and related systems for budget and investment processes, manage integrations with Oracle and Salesforce, drive system improvements, oversee releases and change management, provide training and governance, troubleshoot complex data issues, and partner with IT and Sales Operations to align systems with business needs.

Develop insight-led marketing strategies and manage end-to-end plans for assigned customer segments and product portfolios across Europe. Lead product launches, integrated campaigns and lifecycle activity, translate market intelligence into commercial recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders, and measure and optimise campaign performance to drive growth.

Manage and grow Canon's Large Format Graphics territory by developing strategic relationships with business owners and C-suite, prospecting, building pipelines, presenting technical and financial business cases (ROI, cost-per-metre), forecasting revenue and margin, and coordinating multi-stakeholder solutions while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Lead the EMEA CRO programme across Canon ITCG digital channels, driving A/B and MVT testing, managing agency and vendor relationships, implementing personalisation and experimentation frameworks, and scaling optimisation to increase conversions and revenue across web, apps, email, Amazon and paid media.

As a Business App Consultant, you'll design eCommerce solutions using Salesforce or Oracle Commerce Cloud, manage change processes, provide production support, ensure compliance, and mentor team members while partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Provide installation, first-line troubleshooting, service and repairs on Canon commercial inkjet printers and finishing equipment. Aim for high first-time-fix rates, record activities per guidelines, support colleagues with technical escalation, deliver customer training, manage inventory, follow H&S procedures, work shift rotation, and support team development.
