Manage and grow Canon's Large Format Graphics territory by developing strategic relationships with business owners and C-suite, prospecting, building pipelines, presenting technical and financial business cases (ROI, cost-per-metre), forecasting revenue and margin, and coordinating multi-stakeholder solutions while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Provides accurate, compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leavers, payroll preparation, HR data maintenance, records management, reporting, and employee query resolution. Supports HR business partners with inductions, documentation, and HR projects while maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance within Oracle HR and other systems.

Leads the UK and Ireland Bid Centre and Social Value function, managing an eight-person team and overseeing complex tenders, frameworks, direct awards, and strategic proposals. Owns bid qualification, strategy, governance, performance improvement, and content development while partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams. Develops Social Value initiatives and measurable commitments, improves win rates and profitability, manages stakeholder relationships, and coaches team members.
