Teams at Cancer Research UK (CRUK)

Provide technical application support for TIBCO, managing incidents and changes, creating documentation, and applying service improvement principles.

Act as the primary contact for suppliers, ensuring effective communication and performance management while supporting the Supplier Account Manager.

Provide part-time support for centralised volunteering activities: produce and improve resources and guidance, advise stakeholders, ensure compliance with policy and legislation, use insight to drive improvements, champion equality, and manage multiple priorities to deliver excellent volunteer experiences.
