Responsibilities include cash-flow forecasting, liquidity and working-capital management, TMS implementation, banking relationships, counterparty credit risk, hedging, regulatory capital, NAV and ALCO reporting, governance, intercompany funding, and Mastercard group integration. The role chairs the Asset Liability Committee and collaborates with finance, compliance, legal, operations, regulators, and banking and crypto partners.

The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships in financial sectors, and pursue new business opportunities while collaborating with the Commercial team.

Lead crypto-focused AML investigations: review sanctions/watchlist alerts, manage end-to-end transaction monitoring and trade surveillance cases, use blockchain analytics, draft SARs, coach junior analysts, collaborate on rule tuning and automation, and drive control improvements using AI tools.

As a Legal Counsel, you'll advise on legal issues related to payments and financial services, draft agreements, assess legal risks, and support various teams at BVNK.
