Own BVNK’s product marketing and sales enablement function, including customer insights, communications, adoption campaigns, competitive intelligence, and AI-powered workflow automation. Develop positioning, customer-facing materials, lifecycle communications, and enablement systems that help commercial teams win, retain, and expand accounts. Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance to drive adoption, activation, expansion revenue, and consistent customer messaging.

Oversee UK regulatory compliance for an electronic money institution within the second line of defence. Maintain compliance policies, monitoring frameworks, safeguarding and conduct controls, and financial promotions approvals. Track regulatory developments, prepare senior management and board reporting, support FCA engagement, and oversee operational resilience, complaints, Consumer Duty, and outsourcing compliance. Provide regulatory advice to product, engineering, and commercial teams launching payments, APIs, stablecoin capabilities, and digital asset services. Support future UK cryptoasset license applications.

Own company-wide strategic planning, OKRs, growth strategy, financial modeling, and complex cross-functional initiatives. Advise C-suite leaders, align product, engineering, and commercial teams, evaluate strategic investments, and drive measurable outcomes. Champion AI adoption, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve organizational efficiency and reduce friction.

Lead group treasury strategy and operations across fiat and digital assets. Responsibilities include cash-flow forecasting, liquidity and working-capital management, TMS implementation, banking relationships, counterparty credit risk, hedging, regulatory capital, NAV and ALCO reporting, governance, intercompany funding, and Mastercard group integration. The role chairs the Asset Liability Committee and collaborates with finance, compliance, legal, operations, regulators, and banking and crypto partners.

Own the vision, strategy, and delivery of BVNK’s Reporting and Customer Reconciliation product area. Build customer-facing reconciliation APIs and reporting surfaces, improve internal financial reporting, support regulatory and multi-entity requirements, and collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, commercial teams, and customers. Define requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and quality standards while enabling automated reconciliation, invoice auditing, and self-service financial transparency.

Lead crypto-focused AML investigations: review sanctions/watchlist alerts, manage end-to-end transaction monitoring and trade surveillance cases, use blockchain analytics, draft SARs, coach junior analysts, collaborate on rule tuning and automation, and drive control improvements using AI tools.
