Lead Boltz's community-led growth by designing PLG strategy, building conversion funnels, driving content and demand generation, defining metrics and analytics, and managing cross-functional teams to convert open-source users into enterprise customers.

Lead and grow Boltz's global developer and scientific community by engaging users across Discord, GitHub, and other channels; support onboarding and troubleshooting; contribute to open-source models and repos; create technical content (guides, notebooks, demos); run community programs and events; translate user feedback into product and growth insights.

Own Boltz's developer ecosystem strategy by building partnerships with software platforms, cloud providers, and AI labs. Lead revenue-generating integrations and strategic distribution deals, drive technical integrations, and work cross-functionally with engineering and product to make Boltz a foundational layer in the bio+AI stack.
