About the role
As Head of Partnerships & Developer Relations, you will own Boltz’s developer ecosystem strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of business development and technical integration. You will build partnerships with software platforms, cloud providers, and frontier AI labs. You will lead both revenue-generating integrations and strategic distribution partnerships, shaping how Boltz becomes a foundational layer across the bio + AI stack.
About you
Essentials:
- Experience building partnerships at a developer-tools, infrastructure, or platform company
- Strong understanding of APIs, developer ecosystems, and technical integrations
- Track record of structuring and closing partnership deals (commercial and/or strategic)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI/ML platforms or cloud ecosystems
- Familiarity with life sciences software (e.g. Benchling, Veeva, CDD Vault, Dotmatics)
- Scientific or technical background
- Experience at B2D companies like (Stripe, Twilio, AWS, etc)
