Lead Boltz's enterprise sales, converting inbound interest into $1M+ ACV platform contracts. Drive high-value deals, scope complex engagements, negotiate contracts, expand accounts, and build a repeatable enterprise sales motion while partnering with CEO, science, and product teams.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to build GTM operational infrastructure: planning cadence, KPIs, board and investor materials, dashboards, cross-functional coordination, and processes to enable scaling and faster decision-making.

Lead ADME/DMPK data strategy and curation, generate and oversee assay data, collaborate with ML and research teams to build and validate ADME/DMPK prediction models, define objectives, and ensure high-quality assay provenance for drug discovery workflows.

Support internal research and external drug discovery collaborations by applying computational chemistry, cheminformatics, and data analysis.
