Own full sales and account lifecycle, drive retention and expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver measurable ROI, maintain CRM and forecasts, lead executive reviews, and resolve escalations while monitoring industry and regulatory trends.

Lead and mentor a sales team focused on ecommerce supply-chain software. Develop and execute sales strategies, drive ARR and revenue growth, manage pipeline and forecasting, build customer and partner relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes.
