The Sr Manager Strategic Advisory serves as the bridge between execution-focused Strategy Consultants and Strategy Analysts. This role takes ownership of defined strategy workstreams and contributes materially to overall engagement direction, client problem framing, and solution design. The Sr Manager Strategic Advisory operates with a high degree of autonomy while still aligning to engagement leadership for strategic coherence. This role requires strong strategic judgment, the ability to manage ambiguity, and confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders while shaping high-impact supply chain transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead major workstreams of supply chain strategy and advisory engagement on Execution accounts
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into structured analyses, hypotheses, and deliverables.
  • Co-develop client strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps alongside Strategy Advisors.
  • Drive problem-solving sessions and internal alignment on key design decisions.
  • Act as a primary day-to-day client contact for defined areas of the engagement.
  • Support executive-level storytelling, including synthesis of insights and implications.
  • Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and estimation activities.
  • Lead internal capability building, asset development, and mentoring efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Proven experience of delivering successful warehouse execution solutions to our customers
  • Demonstrated success working directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of producing executive-ready strategy deliverables.
  • Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior consultants.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain strategy, transformation, and operating models.
  • Deep SME knowledge of warehouse operations , success criteria and how BY functionality can transform customer logistics capability
  • Advanced analytical and problem-structuring capabilities.
  • Ability to independently frame problems and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience leading workstreams and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Sound judgment in balancing strategic ambition with execution feasibility.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments.
