Leads client-facing WMS solution consulting and billable professional services engagements. Responsibilities include discovery workshops, solution architecture, proposals, SOWs, commercial negotiations, pre-sales demonstrations, implementation oversight, financial and margin management, stakeholder relationships, account expansion, reusable deliverables, mentoring, and process improvement.

Lead end-to-end architecture, implementation, and delivery of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management and related execution solutions. Serve as the primary client contact, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and lead solution teams and integrations. Provide functional and technical guidance, mentor junior staff, align solutions with business objectives, and collaborate with project managers, delivery partners, and stakeholders to deliver successful client outcomes.

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for generating new sales, managing relationships with customers, and developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

Provide hands-on employment law advice across EMEA to HR and business leaders. Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements, support restructurings, manage disputes and litigation with outside counsel, advise on data protection, worker classification, benefits, collective labour matters, and support M&A employment issues. Monitor legal developments, deliver training, and coordinate cross-functional and jurisdictional legal work.
