Teams at Birdie

The Staff Product Designer will lead the AI-first design direction for Birdie's Care Management platform, owning complex problem spaces and enhancing design quality across the product while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Generate pipeline by combining outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified meetings with UK home care agencies. Use HubSpot and prospecting tools, leverage marketing signals and account-based campaigns, learn the home care sector, qualify pain points, and collaborate tightly with Account Executives to exceed monthly meeting quotas.

Lead Birdie's People & Talent function to scale workforce planning, hiring, performance, calibration and compensation for 130+ employees. Build and develop a lean People team, embed AI and automation into people processes, advise executives on team health and culture, and create data and feedback loops to maintain hiring standards and drive talent strategy across the company.
