As a Customer Support Specialist, you will build relationships with partners, providing proactive support through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring excellent customer experience by addressing issues and anticipating their needs.

The Staff Product Designer will lead the AI-first design direction for Birdie's Care Management platform, owning complex problem spaces and enhancing design quality across the product while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Own and modernise internal IT operations and tooling; design and integrate SaaS and AI tools; build and govern internal AI agents; run company IT support and MDM; manage SaaS estate, licensing, procurement and vendor relationships; own identity and access management and drive automation to reduce manual work.
