Leads Birdie’s revenue operations and commercial strategy, using AI and automation to improve sales, SDR, marketing, and customer success productivity. Responsibilities include pricing and segmentation, quota and compensation planning, forecasting, commercial systems and data quality, performance reviews, OKRs, board analysis, cross-functional projects, and management of revenue operations and data specialists.

Generate pipeline by combining outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified meetings with UK home care agencies. Use HubSpot and prospecting tools, leverage marketing signals and account-based campaigns, learn the home care sector, qualify pain points, and collaborate tightly with Account Executives to exceed monthly meeting quotas.
