Lead business analysis for Calypso-based investment platform initiatives, translating front/middle/back-office requirements into functional solutions. Support full project lifecycle, design future-state processes, configure Calypso capabilities, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive data migration, testing, deployment and continuous improvement across investment operations.

Support implementation and continuous improvement of the MORE enterprise risk framework across the UK business. Develop risk appetite, KRIs, taxonomy, reporting, governance, policies and GRC systems; partner with stakeholders, support risk uplift/change programmes, draft governance and Board materials, implement controls and provide challenge to first-line teams.

Lead origination, underwriting, structuring, execution and portfolio management of complex infrastructure debt investments across the UK and Europe. Build market relationships, perform credit analysis and financial modelling, negotiate terms and legal documentation, manage loan assets and borrowers, contribute to portfolio strategy, and mentor junior team members.
