  • Designing and delivering the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme, including risk assessments, thematic reviews, frequency-based monitoring, testing methodologies and reporting.
  • Preparing clear reports and papers for management and UK entity Boards, with appropriate escalation and recording of exceptions and issues.
  • Supporting compliance projects, assurance activity, internal audit requirements, incident reviews and the development of compliance training.

  • Proficiency in navigating and interpreting the FCA Handbook, together with sound knowledge of other UK financial services regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of regulatory change, compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, assurance or GRC systems.
  • The ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across international teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong report writing and the confidence to raise and escalate issues appropriately.
