Lead and deliver small-to-medium change initiatives across global investment operations: manage project plans, perform business analysis, design future-state workflows, ensure operational readiness and governance, liaise with stakeholders and Risk, and strengthen investment operations systems and controls.

Provide middle-office support for global public markets trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives. Act as SME, partner with trading and PM teams to operationalise new products, coach junior staff, drive process improvements, and maintain risk, control and compliance standards.
