What's It Like to Work at Arrive Logistics?

Arrive Logistics Employee Perspectives

In one memorable line, how would you describe day-to-day satisfaction on your team?

My team has a very competitive and collaborative mindset. Each rep is hustling every day to maximize their paycheck, but if you ask anyone on my team for help or advice, they will stop what they are doing to support. We work hard, support one another and have a lot of fun celebrating the wins!

Would you recommend working here — and what proof backs that up?

There is not a better time to be at Arrive. We still have the “hustle” mentality of a startup, and you back that up with the infrastructure of a $2 billion+ company — it’s a lethal combo.

Selling Arrive has never been easier, as our name carriers a lot of weight in the industry. I typically look for candidates who don’t back down from a challenge, are not afraid of hard work, and are coachable. I’ve been in the industry for over 15 years, and I have just as much fun today as I did when I first started. Being successful at Arrive is 85 percent hard work, and the rest we can teach you. 29 percent of Arrive’s accepted offers came from referrals in 2025.

How are you perceived externally right now, and what signals support that?

The number of awards we have received is a testament to our ability to execute at the highest level. We consistently set the standard for our customers on how an elite brokerage should operate.

My team has won the Ravago 2025 Partner of the Year award for the third straight year. This is an award that recognizes excellence in service and communication.

Genuine, positive and relentlessly hungry are 3 traits that stand out most for the most successful people on the floor. They continue to have absolute clarity and focus on the situation at hand in an industry where multiple things are happening at all times.

We communicate everything going on to your customer, team, carrier side, etc. No one should be left in the dark and even if you don't have an update to a problem being worked on, its good to let the other parties know you are actively working on a solution. Quick and clear communication and honesty is the best policy.

I challenge my team to think out of the ordinary. "How do we spice things up?" Encouraging the crazy ideas - let's see how we can implement it. We want our employees to know and see that Arrive is invested in their success - and that is shown through my team's passion and efforts to make every day a good day.
