Own end-to-end content and brand channels for Arbor: produce and repurpose long- and short-form content, run web publishing and organic LinkedIn, embed AI-assisted workflows, manage SEO/AEO and HubSpot reporting, and coordinate freelancers, agencies and event/print collateral to drive leads and brand trust.

Lead product marketing for a core product suite: define GTM strategy, launch features, drive adoption and retention, enable Sales and Customer Success with messaging and collateral, analyze metrics and user feedback, and integrate AI tooling to automate and enhance marketing delivery.

The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will drive brand strategy, develop high-impact campaigns, manage a content calendar and production, ensure brand consistency, and enhance collaboration across teams while achieving lead generation targets.

Owns architecture, technical strategy, and roadmaps across Arbor’s core product suite and multiple engineering teams. The role guides architectural transformation, AI-first SDLC adoption, system design, technical debt reduction, and complex initiative delivery. This is a strategic technical leadership role focused on coaching and delivery rather than hands-on coding.

Lead the technical direction and architecture for Arbor’s data platform, spanning transactional, analytical, and AI systems. Define target architectures, guide technical leads, support product delivery, and enable AI-first engineering through LLM orchestration, RAG, and real-time inference infrastructure. The role includes mentoring, architectural reviews, data governance, security, compliance, observability, DataOps, cloud platform cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with product and commercial leaders.

The Site Reliability Engineer will improve platform availability, scalability, observability, and resilience. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, SLO implementation, capacity planning, infrastructure automation, incident response, disaster recovery testing, runbook development, postmortems, and collaboration with engineering and platform teams. The role requires Terraform, database, messaging, nginx, monitoring, and SRE experience, with Docker and additional cloud-platform experience beneficial.

The Senior Migrations Engineer will develop and maintain the Migrations Platform, ensure reliable migrations, and support onboarding of new schools, emphasizing collaboration and quality improvement.

Architect, build, and maintain CX platforms (Gainsight, Zendesk). Design process automation, manage data pipelines and system health, create automated KPI dashboards, and advise cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and survey closed-loop processes.

Own and execute the strategic roadmap for core user-facing SaaS features. Translate strategy into epics and user stories, prioritise using data and RICE, lead agile squads and sprint ceremonies, collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, legal and finance, drive adoption and revenue, and support go-to-market and customer engagement.

Lead development of high-impact backend features for Arbor's core systems: design scalable PHP services, integrate third-party APIs, improve test coverage, author documentation, mentor engineers, and drive quality and delivery improvements across the team.

The Site Reliability Technical Lead will oversee system design, enhance platform reliability, manage incidents, drive automation, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
