Owns Arbor’s B2B content pipeline and brand channels, producing blogs, case studies, white papers, emails, social content, and visual assets. Manages web publishing, LinkedIn engagement, SEO and AEO workflows, brand governance, and content performance reporting. Partners with product marketing and demand generation to support lead generation, nurture campaigns, and pipeline targets. The role also oversees freelancers and agencies while incorporating AI-assisted workflows to scale content production.

Lead policy, market, competitor, customer, and strategic insights for Arbor’s education technology business. Analyze internal school data to identify national trends, guide strategy, and produce evidence-based thought leadership. Represent Arbor with the DfE, policymakers, think tanks, and sector influencers; monitor policy and legislative developments; advise leadership on risks and opportunities; and support PR and brand activity through data-led stories.

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of HRIS capabilities for school stakeholders. Lead requirements gathering, prioritisation, agile ceremonies, UX iteration, compliance, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to support commercial growth and product launches. Represent the platform with customers and education stakeholders while using product analytics to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
