Serve as a technical solutions advisor for TMS implementations: translate business requirements into technical specs, configure and support TMS modules, participate in governance, support UAT and deployments, create roadmaps, and collaborate with product owners and sales to design customer-facing technology solutions.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, warehouses, and automations using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Ingest and transform data via APIs and ETL/ELT, create test plans, implement security models, optimize performance, support business adoption, and document solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Manage and monitor international billing activities, address escalations, perform invoice audits, drive billing and costing process improvements, and support shipment profitability.
