The Associate Director oversees the Real Assets client services team, managing daily operations, staff development, client relations, compliance, and strategic initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Investigate settlement failures and reconciliation breaks, manage exceptions, support audits and risk controls, maintain accurate records, deliver client service, and coach junior administrators. The role also contributes to process improvements, system testing, automation initiatives, and fund launches, closures, mergers, and migrations.

Manages Transfer Agency operational controls, risk oversight, governance, and business readiness for client implementations, fund launches, migrations, system upgrades, regulatory changes, and transformation initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional readiness activities, assesses operational impacts, tracks risks and milestones, supports audits and resilience planning, and presents control metrics to senior committees. Leads process improvement, control enhancements, automation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Client teams.

Design and maintain secure enterprise architecture patterns; act as security design authority; translate policies into controls; perform risk assessments and threat modeling; evaluate emerging technologies; collaborate with infrastructure, app, and data teams to integrate secure solutions; document architectures and develop reusable reference templates; support Group Cyber Strategy and cyber leadership priorities.

Support front-office treasury by monitoring cash, executing FX and funding transactions, preparing mark-to-market valuations, forecasting cash, managing bank relationships, ensuring policy compliance, and providing market insights for funding decisions.

Lead a team managing corporate trusts, escrows and process agent appointments. Oversee end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding/KYC, document review, tax/VAT approvals, compliance with FATCA/CRS/AEOI, client billing, annual reviews, and stakeholder liaison to ensure timely, compliant transaction execution.

Lead capital-raising efforts for alternative investments by engaging high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors while managing client relationships and deal structuring.
