Senior finance business partner for people costs, supporting executive decision-making, budgeting, forecasting and automation. Lead finance input to workforce planning, drive automation and process improvements across HR, Finance and Technology, present executive-ready insights, and influence stakeholders to improve data quality, transparency and financial discipline.

This role involves leading P&L reporting, revenue analytics, and planning. It focuses on monthly revenue results, strategic planning, forecasting, and stakeholder communication to drive revenue insights and analysis.

Lead design, standardization and automation of regional finance reporting, KPIs and operating model. Build self-service dashboards, replace manual reports with automated outputs, embed system-led processes (Workday/Power Platform), drive adoption, change management and sustainability across regional finance teams.
