Partners with IT, AI, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions, improved user experience, productivity gains, faster cycle times, stronger compliance, and measurable commercial value.

Enhance user experience across finance systems, digital tools, and workflows. Design finance-process user journeys, conduct research, create wireframes and process maps, translate business requirements into user-centric solutions, support UAT and change management, monitor adoption and satisfaction metrics, and establish UX standards across digital finance products.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and delivery of digital finance products. Translates finance requirements into features and user stories, partners with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams, and drives improvements across ERP, reporting, planning, analytics, and automation platforms. Supports Agile delivery, monitors adoption and performance, incorporates stakeholder feedback, and ensures governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements are met.
