The Global Head of Technology Controls Assurance defines and oversees the technology control framework, ensures compliance, and manages risks, while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Prepare group statutory and consolidated financial statements under IFRS, manage year-end audits, drive working capital improvements, standardize reconciliations, support multi-currency consolidations, and produce investor and lender reporting while improving reporting systems and processes.

Lead a three-person team responsible for monthly board results, private equity reporting, lender covenant reporting, capital structure and liquidity reporting, segment results, synergy metrics, bonus scorecards, and ad hoc executive analysis. Improve reporting governance, controls, standardization, timeliness, and stakeholder communication. Partner with FP&A, Treasury, M&A, regional finance teams, and senior executives while enhancing management reporting through Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI.
