The Associate Director oversees the Real Assets client services team, managing daily operations, staff development, client relations, compliance, and strategic initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

This role involves supporting revenue growth through business origination, relationship development, pipeline management, and internal collaboration to progress sales opportunities.

Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, registrations, account maintenance, and AML/KYC reviews within transfer agency operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate records, transaction deadlines, risk controls, audit readiness, and quality client service. Resolve complex exceptions, escalate financial crime concerns, support audits and change initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to process improvements, fund launches, migrations, and operational resilience.
