The role requires maritime industry experience, strong commercial and technical understanding, and professional English fluency.

Manages IT deployment, infrastructure support, technology implementation, compliance, and service effectiveness across an assigned area. Advises senior management on technology strategy, system upgrades, budgeting, and business needs. Oversees technical staff, user training, vendor and bid evaluations, project prioritization, customer satisfaction, and corrective actions. Coordinates with corporate IT and functional departments to implement systems, improve processes, and support organizational objectives.
