Provide administrative support to the engineering department: create and manage projects, handle client communications and billing actions, use the ABS Client Portal, support Engineers and Administrators, and proactively resolve issues to maintain timely workflows.

Design, build, and deploy production-scale AI systems including multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned LLMs. Deliver full-stack web and backend integrations, develop evaluation frameworks and monitoring, iterate prototypes into production, and shape internal best practices for applied AI.

Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of AI projects, liaising with clients and technical teams, maintaining plans/logs/reports, troubleshooting delivery issues, ensuring quality and validation, and contributing to knowledge sharing and cross-service AI initiatives.
