Lead a cross-functional international project to eliminate historic intercompany balances, develop policies and settlement processes, coordinate with legal and accounting teams, and execute transactions. Based in the UK, supported by CFO and advisors, occasional travel may be required. Reports to the Director of Tax.

Lead business development for the ferry and RoPax market in Europe by developing and executing BD plans, identifying opportunities across newbuilds, conversions, retrofits, decarbonization and digitalization, building client and stakeholder relationships, supporting proposals and key accounts, representing ABS at industry events, and providing market insight to inform strategy and promote ABS services.

Lead and coordinate the Global FP&A function, supervise FP&A team leads, develop financial models, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, support executive and divisional management with actionable reporting, drive finance transformation and cost-savings initiatives, and coordinate due diligence for acquisitions to provide financial and operational transparency.
