Advises senior management on technology strategy, system upgrades, budgeting, and business needs. Oversees technical staff, user training, vendor and bid evaluations, project prioritization, customer satisfaction, and corrective actions. Coordinates with corporate IT and functional departments to implement systems, improve processes, and support organizational objectives.
