Manage daily office operations for Airbnb London: ensure a welcoming workplace, coordinate vendors and workplace services, support the Country Manager with administrative and calendar tasks, organize gatherings and leadership visits, track office issues and improvements, and foster employee engagement and hospitality standards.

The Senior Growth & Operations Manager will drive growth in the EMEA region through strategic initiatives, analyzing data, managing cross-functional teams, and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
