As a Product Manager for EMEA at Airbnb, you will drive product innovation by understanding user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping product strategies for the region.

Lead UX writing for Airbnbs International team, crafting localized product copy, establishing workflows and content standards, mentoring writers, partnering with cross-functional teams (design, research, localization, legal, country managers), driving strategy and execution across complex projects, and presenting work to senior stakeholders.

Drive net-new hotel supply in the UK and Nordics by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Own regional performance vs. KPIs, support market launches, coordinate cross-functionally, assist onboarding, and implement scalable strategies to grow Airbnb's hotel inventory and partner relationships.
