Lead regional marketing strategy and execution across UKI, Northern Europe and MEA. Build 3-year growth plans, manage agencies and in-house teams, own budgets and measurement, deliver integrated paid/owned/earned campaigns, champion local creative work, and partner cross-functionally to launch partnerships and new brand positioning.

Serve as UK lead lawyer advising on regulatory, policy, product and commercial legal matters; coordinate cross-jurisdictional and pan-EMEA legal strategy; manage outside counsel and supervise junior staff; support NEMEA leadership on reputation and public policy; draft internal processes and escalate material legal risks; occasional domestic and international travel.
