Leads end-to-end production of complex print, POS, branded materials, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. Advises clients on production strategy, manages suppliers, budgets, timelines, quality, and delivery, and identifies cost-saving and sustainability opportunities. Collaborates with internal teams, mentors Production Managers, manages workflow, and serves as an escalation point for high-pressure project issues.

Own and manage the infrastructure powering enterprise AI deployments, including Kubernetes environments, Azure architecture, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, GPU provisioning, MCP servers, access controls, integrations, orchestration, scaling, cost management, and secure connections to business systems. The role partners with infrastructure, security, compliance, technical, and business teams to build reliable, governed environments for AI agents and model training.

Supports adoption of agentic AI across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Commercial functions. Translates AI outputs into practical business applications, builds stakeholder trust, leads training and change initiatives, gathers feedback, and drives adoption programs to embed AI systems into everyday working practices.
