Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise-scale international data platforms. Build and mentor global data engineering teams, define architecture and governance, ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization, and partner with analytics and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions and demonstrate ROI.

Lead the Group's indirect tax strategy and VAT governance across the UK and internationally. Provide technical VAT advisory on cross-border transactions, oversee compliance and UK VAT reporting, manage tax audits, drive tax transformation (ERP/Workday and tax engine implementations), support M&A integrations, and advise senior stakeholders while building tax controls, training, and relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
