Supports implementation, configuration, maintenance, and user adoption of Kyriba treasury technology across international businesses. Monitors bank and payment interfaces, resolves transmission errors, automates payments, maintains treasury modules and payment data, supports variance reporting, manages user entitlements, develops reporting solutions, and trains users. The role also partners with Finance, Treasury, banking, ERP, broker, and international agency teams on automation and transformation initiatives.

Supports the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretaries with board and committee administration, meeting calendars, agendas, meeting packs, action logs, statutory and regulatory filings, corporate records, UBO/KYC documentation, acquired-company onboarding, governance procedures, project work, and stakeholder communication across UK and international entities.

Analyze and reconcile claims data from internal systems, TPAs, bordereaux, and data warehouses. Build SQL extracts, dashboards, KPI reports, reserve reviews, severity analyses, and executive reporting. Support underwriting and actuarial decisions through claims insights, loss development analysis, data quality investigations, and portfolio trends. Help develop claims rules, scoring models, exception reporting, and UAT test cases using SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, and related data platforms.

Manage counterparty onboarding and due diligence by reviewing trading partner submissions, maintaining accurate OpenTWINS records, completing first-line checks, escalating issues to Compliance, and supporting governance documentation and process improvements. The role also helps strengthen controls, auditability, operational efficiency, and market security procedures while collaborating with business stakeholders and control functions.

Lead the Group's indirect tax strategy and VAT governance across the UK and internationally. Provide technical VAT advisory on cross-border transactions, oversee compliance and UK VAT reporting, manage tax audits, drive tax transformation (ERP/Workday and tax engine implementations), support M&A integrations, and advise senior stakeholders while building tax controls, training, and relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.

Provide high-level executive support to the Technology Senior Leadership Team: manage inboxes and complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel (including visas), file expenses via Emburse, plan events, produce marketing collateral, track budgets, and take minutes and action items for team meetings.
