Teams at Abtrace

Serve as primary client contact for GP practices: onboard, train, support, and proactively drive adoption of the Abtrace platform. Use knowledge of GP workflows, EMIS/SystmOne searches and QOF/recall processes to optimize usage, gather feedback, and support renewals while collaborating with product, clinical, and activation teams.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and warehouse/lakehouse architecture. Implement version-controlled transformations (dbt), orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and data quality. Enable secure, auditable data access for analysts and product teams, and define long-term platform strategy while partnering across engineering, analytics, and product.

The Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist conducts quality assurance activities for digital health services, assesses adherence to standards, produces documentation, and supports clinical teams in implementing quality checks in software systems.
