Own AWS infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Windows and macOS endpoint management, internal networking, automation, backups, disaster recovery, and support operations. Manage Jira tickets, access requests, joiner-mover-leaver processes, documentation, and service-level agreements. Lead assigned security and compliance controls across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, NHS DSPT, and DTAC, support audits and remediation, handle security questionnaires, and participate in incident response.

Own new business sales across NHS primary care, pharma, and ICB partnerships. Build and manage the pipeline from prospecting through contract signature, develop account plans, engage senior stakeholders, run tailored presentations and demonstrations, translate clinical priorities into commercial propositions, provide market feedback, maintain CRM accuracy, and forecast reliably.

Provide end-to-end internal IT support, managing Jira tickets, SLAs, access requests, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, and Windows/macOS device lifecycles. Provision and maintain endpoints using Intune and Kandji, manage joiner/mover/leaver processes, and maintain asset and patch records. Support security, compliance, audits, questionnaires, and incident response. The role offers progression into systems administration, including automation, identity and access management, AWS infrastructure, resilience, and compliance ownership.
