Lead a cross-functional squad owning roadmap and outcomes for population-level primary care products. Shape data foundations with data engineering, perform discovery with stakeholders, translate complex data into usable features, iterate using customer feedback and metrics, and contribute to product standards and decision-making across the company.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and warehouse/lakehouse architecture. Implement version-controlled transformations (dbt), orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and data quality. Enable secure, auditable data access for analysts and product teams, and define long-term platform strategy while partnering across engineering, analytics, and product.

Own product design within a cross-functional squad: research user needs with clinicians, design and ship end-to-end workflow improvements, create clear usable experiences, contribute to design systems, and raise product polish and coherence.
