Responsibilities include communications planning, media and digital content creation, social and intranet management, leadership communications, stakeholder and agency coordination, issues preparedness, KPI tracking, governance, budget management, and communications counsel in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Leads UK health economics deliverables for pharmaceutical HTA submissions, including cost-effectiveness, network meta-analysis, and budget impact models. Collaborates with global teams, vendors, external experts, and internal market access stakeholders to develop robust evidence, address evidence gaps, advise on pricing, and support positive recommendations from NICE, SMC, and AWMSG.

Leads and manages Central Monitoring Managers responsible for de-risking clinical studies across a portfolio. Develops staffing strategies, oversees service delivery, recruits and trains leaders, manages performance, and builds the leadership talent pipeline. Partners with cross-functional Clinical Development Operations teams to ensure high-quality, timely execution. Promotes risk-based quality management, coaches team members, removes obstacles, and drives data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Leads clinical study start-up and maintenance activities across assigned countries and sites, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality activation. Coordinates regulatory, ethics, contracts, clinical supplies, essential documents, ICF approvals, site activation, metrics, and inspection readiness. Acts as a subject matter expert, mentors junior specialists, supports process improvements, and drives adoption of new technologies and workflows.

Leads global and area-level clinical site management activities across assigned studies, ensuring site monitoring strategy, engagement, activation, compliance, timelines, data-cleaning milestones, database locks, and site closeout. Manages risks, supports inspection readiness, drives Trial Master File completeness, coordinates resources, and influences cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment. The role requires strong clinical research, monitoring or project management experience, planning, communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.

Leads UK regulatory affairs for a neuroscience therapeutic area, overseeing regulatory strategies, submissions, licensing, compliance, audits, inspections, product launches, and interactions with MHRA and industry associations. Manages a small regulatory team, develops talent, advises cross-functional stakeholders, monitors regulatory intelligence, and ensures alignment between UK and global strategies.

Leads international regulatory strategy for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion. Advises Commercial, Medical, Legal, Compliance, affiliates, and external stakeholders on regulations and industry codes. Reviews promotional materials and campaigns, manages risk strategies, supports brand initiatives, and provides regulatory guidance throughout asset development.
