Leads the international digital customer experience strategy for Allergan Aesthetics. Owns the AA Access platform roadmap, adoption, customer segmentation, analytics, omnichannel journey design, personalization, and digital purchasing experiences. Partners with marketing, sales, CRM, commerce, analytics, and regional teams to optimize engagement, retention, conversion, and account growth while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Leads legal support for AbbVie’s UK and Ireland operations, advising on market access, medicines tendering, competition, procurement, pharmaceutical advertising, commercial agreements, compliance, and risk management. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, monitors legal and policy developments, supports trade association engagement, negotiates agreements, trains business stakeholders, and manages outside counsel. The role also contributes to international legal initiatives involving areas such as AI and competition law.

Develop and execute integrated internal and external corporate communications for AbbVie UK. Responsibilities include communications planning, media and digital content creation, social and intranet management, leadership communications, stakeholder and agency coordination, issues preparedness, KPI tracking, governance, budget management, and communications counsel in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
