Incident.io, an AI company that works to help engineering teams reduce downtime, announced an injection of Series B funding led by Insight Partners. This $62 million round of funding brings the company’s total venture capital to more than $96 million.

London-based incident.io develops AI agents that can investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents in real time. Having powered resolution of more than 250,000 incidents to date, the company’s goal is to help engineering teams improve coordination and communication while learning from high-stakes software outages, particularly as AI expedites software development and increases operational complexity.

As it works to further its autonomous response agents, the company’s latest capital raise will fuel the growth of its London and San Francisco-based engineering teams. Incident.io will also expand its go-to-market efforts by growing its sales team and investing in customer success.
