Leads cross-functional Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives from process assessment and design through implementation, automation, testing, documentation, and handoff. Partners with Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Accounting, Product, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and regional finance teams. Temporarily manages teams, standardizes regional and acquired-business operations, identifies system improvements, and communicates risks and progress to senior leadership. The role requires global collaboration, regular European travel, and ownership of approximately six-month transformation projects.

Lead and execute company-wide strategic initiatives from problem definition through delivery. Develop data-driven recommendations, align cross-functional stakeholders, improve operating models and governance, produce executive reporting, and support the COO Office on high-visibility projects across Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functions.
