Seeking a Senior End User Compute Lead responsible for managing, troubleshooting, developing, and operating End User Services platforms. Responsibilities include providing 3rd line support, training EUS team, working with global teams, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors for system maintenance. Required expertise in managing & designing systems, centralised device management, network principles, geographically dispersed teams, and communication skills. Familiarity with AWS Cloud, ITIL framework, and Agile methodologies.
