About The Role
We are seeking a Senior End User Compute Lead to be responsible for the management, troubleshooting, development and operation of the End User Services platforms including; Endpoint Management including Zero Touch Deployment , Collaboration Tools and Digital Signage. Knowledge of DaaS including AWS Workspaces would be beneficial although we will support further development.
You will need a broad range of skills to successfully perform this highly technical role and the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences to ensure our internal IT environment is operating optimally at all times. In this role you will work with global teams that each have a speciality therefore it is vital you have the ability to quickly adapt.
There is an opportunity to take a regional lead on matters relating to the Windows platform as a subject matter expert in touch with industry trends and the needs of the enterprise, working closely with global engineering leads. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in relevant products in other areas
You'll Work On
- Development and implementation of new systems and solutions for the UK business
- Providing 3rd line support for internal IT systems
- Providing 3rd line support for end user devices including Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
- Training, support and mentorship to the EUS team
- Ensuring IT standards are maintained and managed
- Documentation of all setups and processes / influencing and designing process for new technologies
- Technical point of contact for EUS systems
- Working with 3rd party vendors for system maintenance and upgrades whilst working with management to define and provide business solutions
- Occasional out of hours support when needed for major incidents and out of hours changes / supporting our global teams as required
We're Looking For
- Expert in managing & designing systems and services in the end user space within a regulated industry
- Background in centralised device management with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune , Jamf Pro and VMWare Workspace One
- Experience of network principles and standards
- Experience of working in a geographically dispersed team and of effectively communicating to a diverse audience
- Exposure of AWS Cloud
- Exposure of ITIL framework
- Exposure of Agile working methodologies
- Ability to plan and manage projects, workloads and stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position and can be based in either our Nottingham or London office.

We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in our offices 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
