Own Wise’s global paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads. Set channel plans, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, bidding and optimization strategies; lead experimentation across ads and landing pages; improve reporting, attribution, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities; and evaluate emerging search channels. Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Product, Analytics, and Paid Marketing teams while mentoring colleagues and raising team expertise.

Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads. Analyze performance data, maintain dashboards, support forecasting, conduct structured advertising tests, and use automation and AI-powered bidding tools. Collaborate with SEO, Product, Analytics, and Paid Marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to market expansion, documentation, best practices, and continuous process improvement.

Leads Wise’s regional marketing strategy across Latin America and MEA, managing Regional Marketing Leads and driving localized acquisition, growth, brand, and performance marketing initiatives. Owns regional budgets, market strategies, customer insights, campaign execution, team development, and cross-functional alignment with central marketing, product, media, creative, PR, and growth teams.
