Manage European People Operations services across the UK, France, and Germany, including payroll, benefits, pensions, onboarding, immigration, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. Lead two direct reports, oversee HR process improvements and enterprise projects, manage suppliers and SLAs, and act as the EU SuccessFactors HRIS process lead. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliant, consistent, and employee-focused operations.

Provides specialist employee relations expertise and manages complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and workplace concern cases from initiation through resolution. Conducts confidential investigations, advises managers on employment practices, supports consultations and mediation, and ensures compliance with UK employment law. Develops people policies, delivers HR training, provides employee relations data insights, and partners with leaders and HR teams on risk management, reasonable adjustments, and positive workplace practices.
