Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.
