Interim Finance Manager to own monthly close, IFRS and Belgian GAAP reporting, multi‑jurisdictional tax and transfer pricing, audit management, multi‑entity consolidation, and lead the accounting team. Act as VP Finance's right hand in a PE‑backed SaaS scale-up for a 3–6 month consultancy, ensuring compliance, investor‑grade reporting, and knowledge transfer with minimal onboarding.
