Lead commercial finance for GFS by running the global annual fee increase program, enforcing pricing governance, analyzing revenue, client profitability and margin, supporting renewals and strategic account planning, improving commercial MI/dashboards, and partnering with Finance, Revenue, Sales, Operations and Technology to drive pricing discipline and commercial execution.

Provide accounting, financial reporting and administration for client entities within Fund Services. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, reconciliations, payment and cash management, month- and year-end close, VAT reporting, audit coordination, reporting to group functions, and contributing to process improvements and client deliverables.

Lead and manage fund accounting delivery for private equity, real assets and SPV structures. Ensure accurate NAVs, investor reporting, statutory financials, audit coordination, HMRC filings, controls, capacity planning, client relationships, and continuous improvement across onshore/offshore teams.

Manage a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions and SPV company secretarial matters. Coordinate clients and stakeholders, review documentation, ensure compliance, prepare board meetings and billing, coach junior staff, and support business development and reporting.

Lead transaction management for structured finance and securitisation deals, review and coordinate documentation, manage post-close issues (waivers, amendments, restructurings), protect CSCs rights, support controls, business development, precedent drafting, and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll for EMEA, perform gross-to-net validations, reconciliations and compliance checks, partner with vendors (ADP Celergo/ICPs), support payroll accounting and GL/journal tasks, handle payroll queries, maintain SOPs and support payroll-related projects and system integrations.

Maintain general ledgers and post journals for a portfolio of SPVs; prepare statutory financial statements (IFRS/local GAAP) and management accounts; liaise with auditors; prepare VAT and Corporation Tax returns and iXBRL-tagged financials; resolve technical accounting issues; support process improvements and learn capital markets structures.

Support accounting and reporting for SPVs and capital markets transactions: prepare trial balances and financial statements, post journals, perform reconciliations, assist audits, prepare tax filings and iXBRL tagging, liaise with clients and service providers, and participate in process improvement while developing IFRS and local GAAP technical skills.
