As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as an integral member of the Workplace Experience team and Jump, ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions and enhancing the employee experience in our London office. This role is highly administrative in nature and encompasses a wide array of responsibilities focused on maintaining organizational efficiency, managing front desk operations, and supporting company-wide initiatives for our UK based employees. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the London Reception desk, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing activity, including guests, deliveries, vendor services, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Lead the coordination of conference room scheduling, with a particular focus on supporting recruiting efforts and VIP visitors.
  • Deliver white-glove customer service to visiting employees, vendors, and first-time guests.
  • Facilitate connections between visiting employees and local counterparts to optimize productivity and collaboration during office visits.
  • Assist the team with employee engagement opportunities, including in-office events.
  • Be a local point of contact for all things Workplace Experience and work closely with an array of workplace vendors.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, office procedures, and communication channels.
  • Provide cross-departmental administrative support.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, project planning, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Act as an ambassador of Jump’s culture, embodying and promoting our core values in all aspects of the role.
  • Support additional administrative and operational needs as required.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed


Skills You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office administration and/or customer service/support environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills – an upbeat, client service, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Team player, able to take direction as well as show initiative
  • Good judgment with respect to sensitive subject matter – able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Reliable and predictable availability, for a five day, in-office role
