Job Description

  • Read and follow work and test instructions.
  • Understand and Adhere to all health & safety standards & RAM’s
  • Maintain a clean, and safe work place at all times, and Ensure documentation is kept in order.
  • Ability to problem solve issues.
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good knowledge of software, Computers & iPads etc.
  • Software Skills (Sim Cards, Data 4G, VPN etc)
  • IPC 620 (Wire and Cable Standards)
  • Inspect, trouble-shoot, and repair returned equipment, report advising on status 
  • Basic understanding of pressure testing and procedures.
  • Assist, Update or compile equipment build notes / manuals as required.
  • Liaise with line manager on expected completion of equipment build & Test

Qualifications

  • Sound electro-mechanical assembly skills, comfortable with chassis, wiring & Pipe work
  • Candidate will occasionally be needed to go off site and work with engineers
  • Build equipment to specification from electrical and mechanical drawings to the highest standards
  • Construction of different types of water treatment equipment including Ozone, Cyclone Filtration, water softeners, Reverse Osmosis, Chlorine Dioxide and Chemical Dosing systems.
  • Carry out repairs and service of service exchange equipment
  • Test completed products and complete test reports.
  • Carry out repairs of water treatment equipment, including testing and updating of test record.
  • Inspecting machinery / Tools / Equipment and report, any faults to management.
