Provide project administration and coordination for the Environment & Safety team: process site paperwork, produce site plans and reports, issue reports to clients, update trackers and databases, maintain relationships, respond to correspondence, and book works with clients/site contacts.

Lead SOCOTEC's Forensic Expert Witness team, manage workloads and resources, represent the organisation in dispute proceedings, liaise with legal counsel, secure and deliver expert witness appointments, and participate in senior leadership activities.

Support construction dispute resolution and delay analysis by reviewing project records, producing clear analyses, drafting report sections, and communicating findings to peers and clients. Apply quantity surveying or project management expertise across varied contracts and contribute to expert reports with minimal supervision.

Lead and execute business development for the Advisory Division, focusing on expert witness services. Build and nurture domestic and international client relationships, develop BD strategy and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple projects under pressure.

Lead a regional Building Control office: perform site inspections, ensure compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act, supervise and develop inspectors, manage commercial performance, handle client enquiries, reporting, and support the Regional Director on budgets and resourcing.

Perform asbestos testing, surveys, air sampling, fibre counting and four-stage clearance tests. Maintain and calibrate equipment, produce accurate analytical reports, liaise with clients and project teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.

Lead forensic expert witness engagements for construction disputes, manage delivery of project requirements, liaise with legal counsel, prepare cost and time estimates, give opinion evidence in adjudications/arbitrations/litigation, and build client and stakeholder relationships.
