Lead a regional Building Control office: perform site inspections, ensure compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act, supervise and develop inspectors, manage commercial performance, handle client enquiries, reporting, and support the Regional Director on budgets and resourcing.

Perform asbestos testing, surveys, air sampling, fibre counting and four-stage clearance tests. Maintain and calibrate equipment, produce accurate analytical reports, liaise with clients and project teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.

Lead forensic expert witness engagements for construction disputes, manage delivery of project requirements, liaise with legal counsel, prepare cost and time estimates, give opinion evidence in adjudications/arbitrations/litigation, and build client and stakeholder relationships.

Lead development and delivery of a national UXO survey service: design and deliver EOD training, establish survey methodologies, mentor and recruit UXO staff, oversee field surveys and clearance, produce technical reports and risk assessments, ensure regulatory and H&S compliance, and support business development and client liaison.

Coordinate and support delivery of engineering projects across Fire, Façade, Structural, and Building Safety teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, track milestones, ensure quality assurance, respond to information requests, liaise with clients, comply with H&S and company procedures, and support operational teams to meet monthly targets and improve technical processes.
