Provide technical sales support for global equity compensation clients: manage complex bids and RFP responses, liaise between Sales and Product, deliver technical training, maintain industry and competitor knowledge, and ensure high-quality sales collateral to meet targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and technical assistance to ensure relevant sales targets are hit
- Maintain excellent knowledge of business applications
- Evaluation and technical support for complex bids
- Close coordination with RFP team to ensure all bids and responses are responded to accurately, in a timely manner and to high standard
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure relevant sales targets are achieved
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the competition and industry trends
- Primary liaison between Sales and Product functions to ensure Product is kept up to date with market trends and new requirements
- Technical training of the global sales teams
- Liaison with Marketing to ensure all sales material is produced to a highly professional standard
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Experience in Share Plan or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate the ability to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
