Salary: Up to £38,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 8% to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role  
Support large scale and complex unit linked transition events ensuring that member experience is optimised, and shareholder risk is managed. Work with the aligned transition manager to identify the optimal transition approach for each event, focusing on customer outcomes and shareholder risk. Oversee the operational activities of each transition event through provision of data, modelling and adherence to a strict risk and controls framework. Provide SME support to wider business when transitions insight is required. Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure transition activity completes as per requirements.

• Investments knowledge gained from either an employment or educational setting
• Advance excel knowledge with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience of working with large data sets with the ability to interpret complex data
• An ambition, enthusiasm and willingness to try new things and to develop new skills
