Provides strategic leadership and business management across Business Development & Origination, with emphasis on Pension Risk Transfer strategy. Responsibilities include executive and Board reporting, financial performance and expense management, workforce planning, governance, operating model development, transformation oversight, risk coordination, stakeholder engagement, and market communications. The role supports senior decision-making, prepares executive materials, coordinates governance forums, and aligns functional priorities with corporate objectives and sustainable growth.

Actuarial pricing role managing pension risk transfer transactions: lead cashflow modelling and pricing, set assumptions, build and maintain bespoke actuarial models, manage stakeholders, run post-transaction projects, coach junior staff, and present technical outputs.

Provide technical actuarial support across Bulk Purchase Annuity schemes, reviewing and developing actuarial calculations, factor assumptions and cashflow models, ensuring governance and auditability. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitor regulatory changes, deliver member options and manage actuarial workstreams and projects.

Lead end-to-end HR technology transition from Workday to Oracle HCM (including Payroll). Accountable for solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, cutover and hypercare. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners, manage risks and delivery plans, ensure governance, stakeholder engagement and successful handover into business-as-usual operations.

Provide application support for trading floor platforms (Aladdin, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, DTCC, Morningstar, LSEG Workspace, Beacon). Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, manage user access, automate tasks with scripting, work with Snowflake and AWS, train users, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid, multi-office environment.

Provide Line 2 financial risk oversight for Group balance sheets and ALM, advising on solvency, liquidity, hedging, Matching Adjustment, capital management, stress testing, and climate financial risks. Deliver clear analyses and challenge senior stakeholders, develop risk frameworks and appetite, support Recovery & Resolution and ORSA, and lead technical guidance and team development.

Lead and execute end-to-end IT internal audits across the organisation, evaluate IT risk and control frameworks, deliver influential findings to senior stakeholders, manage audit portfolios and relationships, and support regulatory and assurance activities while mentoring team members.

Support BPA and Reinsurance implementations by analysing scheme benefit specifications and large pension datasets, validating and cleansing data, reconciling payroll and migration reports, updating models for bulk validations and projections, producing management information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues.
