Lead a small IDAM engineering team, coordinate with vendors, own post-migration platform changes, manage SSO/MFA/federation, monitor platform health, resolve complex incidents and integrate identity services with digital products and APIs.

Lead hands-on migration of on-premises identity platform to a cloud IAM solution. Act as technical SME during migration, own IAM changes and releases, manage SSO/MFA/federation configurations, monitor platform health, resolve incidents, collaborate with vendors and digital teams, and mentor colleagues to raise engineering standards.

Provide Line 2 financial risk oversight for Group balance sheets and ALM, advising on solvency, liquidity, hedging, Matching Adjustment, capital management, stress testing, and climate financial risks. Deliver clear analyses and challenge senior stakeholders, develop risk frameworks and appetite, support Recovery & Resolution and ORSA, and lead technical guidance and team development.
