Lead and ensure accurate administration of reinsurance settlements, collateral valuations and annual cleanses. Design and validate Excel and cashflow models, improve processes, support onboarding, mentor team members, manage stakeholders, deliver management reporting, and drive projects to ensure operational control and compliance.

Provide Line 2 financial risk oversight for Group balance sheets and ALM, advising on solvency, liquidity, hedging, Matching Adjustment, capital management, stress testing, and climate financial risks. Deliver clear analyses and challenge senior stakeholders, develop risk frameworks and appetite, support Recovery & Resolution and ORSA, and lead technical guidance and team development.
