Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for London employees on workplace, culture, and employee experience matters.
  • Oversee the day-to-day London office operations: vendor management, supplies, logistics, building access, and create a smooth, organised, and safe work environment.
  • Partner with global Workplace & People teams to ensure alignment across sites.

  • Manage and track the London Workplace & EX budget, keep updated records of expenses, and assist in budget planning.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in office operations, employee experience, administration, or people operations.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive and independent — you take initiative and ownership without waiting to be told.
  • Passionate about building a great workplace and employee experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Prior experience in a global, fast-paced, or start-up environment is an advantage.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
