The Opportunity
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by implementing and managing the Workday enterprise performance management software suite. This role involves working closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one Workday Pro certification preferably Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Integrations
- Completion of at least 4 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments while managing multiple projects
- Analyzing requirements, financial models, and business processes to design and build complex planning solutions
- Providing technical guidance across the Adaptive product suite

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
